Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • The United Kingdom

Orders placed from countries outside our delivery areas cannot be processed.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once processed, the order is handed over to our logistics partner for shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • High‑demand periods

  • Customs or logistical inspections

In accordance with UK consumer law, goods will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

A reasonable delay does not automatically entitle the customer to a cancellation or refund.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.


6. Delivery Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High‑volume periods

  • Severe weather

  • Customs delays

  • Force majeure events

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.


8. Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Parcels

Parcels that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to circumstances not attributable to us may not be eligible for automatic refund.

We reserve the right to deduct any incurred shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
