We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, or finish may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing variations and shall not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) or euros (€), including applicable taxes where required.

Delivery costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

An order becomes legally binding once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud is suspected, payment is not authorised, or where there is a prior dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs, or peak periods.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. However, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Right to Cancel (Cooling‑Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Returns must be authorised before being sent

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable at the time of purchase.
